1. Integrated Production Line Structure for Continuous Automatic Operation

The entire metal bar induction heat treatment system adopts a modular integrated design, consisting of eight core modules: automatic feeding mechanism, variable-frequency parallel conveying rollers, induction quenching heating unit, closed-loop spray cooling system, induction tempering heating unit, circulating water cooling system, intelligent electric control cabinet and automatic discharging mechanism.
The whole production process is fully automated. Metal bars are fed into the roller table from the feeding station, rotating and advancing at a constant speed. The bars sequentially complete induction quenching heating, spray cooling and induction tempering treatment before automatic discharging and collection. The production line requires minimal manual intervention and supports 24-hour uninterrupted mass production. It can be perfectly connected with upstream bar rolling lines and downstream sorting stations, and supports non-standard customization according to different bar diameters, materials and hourly output requirements to meet flexible production demands.

2. Core Hardware Configuration Ensures High Processing Accuracy

Equipped with full-digital IGBT induction power supply, the production line adopts intelligent induction heating power supply systems for quenching and tempering units, with adjustable power parameters for separate process control, adapting to the processing of carbon steel, alloy steel and various metal bar materials. High-precision infrared real-time temperature monitoring modules are installed to collect workpiece temperature data throughout the process and form a closed-loop temperature-power regulation system. The temperature deviation is controlled within an extremely small range, effectively avoiding overheating and underheating, ensuring uniform and stable hardness of finished bars and greatly reducing product rejection rate.

The water-cooled parallel roller structure enables synchronous rotation of bars during operation, realizing uniform circumferential heating and effectively reducing bending and deformation. The water-cooled copper induction coil features high temperature resistance and long service life, supporting rapid parameter adjustment and model switching for different specification bars, realizing flexible multi-variety production.

3. Intelligent Control System Realizes Traceable Quality Management

The production line is equipped with a PLC human-computer interactive intelligent control system, built with rich preset process formula libraries. Quenching and tempering parameters for bars of different steel grades and specifications can be stored in advance and called with one click during production, greatly lowering the technical threshold for operators. The system automatically records all production data including temperature, running speed and power, with real-time fault alarm functions, realizing full-process heat treatment quality traceability and meeting the strict quality management standards of global overseas customers.
Compared with traditional heat treatment equipment, this intelligent production line boasts significantly improved production efficiency, extremely low oxidation loss and zero open flame and exhaust emissions. Its energy consumption is reduced by more than 30%, bringing outstanding economic and environmental benefits for industrial production.
