It is a continuous, high-efficiency heat treatment system designed for Φ20–150 mm, 4–12 m long steel bars/rods (alloy steel, carbon steel, 42CrMo, etc.). The line integrates induction heating, spray quenching, induction tempering, and automatic conveying into one closed-loop process, achieving uniform hardness, stable mechanical properties, and minimal distortion.

Fast heating: 850–920 °C in 3–8 minutes.
Uniform temperature: Core–surface deviation ≤ ±5 °C.
Low oxidation: Scale loss ≤ 1–2%, much lower than gas/coal furnaces.
No decarburization: Short high-temperature time preserves surface carbon content.

Loading & straightening: Ensure straightness ≤ 1 mm/m.
Preheating & austenitization (850–920 °C): Multi-zone induction coils (3–5 zones) for even through-heating.
Spray quenching: Ring-shaped nozzles, pressure 0.2–0.4 MPa; polymer or water to form martensite.
Induction tempering (500–650 °C): Relieve stress, adjust hardness (e.g., 220–280 HB).
Slow cooling & unloading: Stabilize microstructure, avoid cracking.
Rotary conveying: Bar rotates while moving, avoiding local overheating.
Closed-loop temperature control: Infrared pyrometer + PLC, real-time power adjustment.
End compensation: Extra nozzles at bar ends to prevent soft spots.
Stable 等温时间(isothermal time): Match line speed, coil length, and power distribution.

Hardness tolerance: ±5 HB along the whole bar.
Tensile strength: Stable, no brittle fracture risk.
Low distortion: Straightness after treatment ≤ 2 mm/m.
High productivity: 1–5 tons/h, 24 h continuous operation.
Diameter: Φ20–150 mm.
