The long bar heat treatment line is a complete continuous heat treatment production system integrating automatic feeding, preheating, induction heating, quenching, tempering, cooling, blanking and inspection. Customized for metal long bars, it is suitable for round bars, square bars, alloy bars and seamless tube billets. Widely applied in mechanical shafts, fasteners, engineering machinery, petroleum drill pipes and automotive structural parts, the line supports quenching, high-temperature tempering, normalizing, annealing and stress relief processes.

Adopting a modular series layout, the production line has a scientific and coherent process flow. The core procedures include automatic material sorting, conveying feeding, uniform preheating, intermediate-frequency rapid heating, constant temperature holding, spray & immersion quenching, controllable tempering, circulating cooling, straightening and finished product inspection. Equipped with closed-loop temperature control and intelligent frequency conversion speed regulation system, the line accurately adjusts heating power, moving speed and cooling flow according to bar diameter, material and process requirements to ensure stable metallographic structure.

Different from traditional batch furnace heating, the continuous induction heating ensures uniform temperature without surface overheating. It optimizes the internal crystal structure of steel and improves tensile strength, toughness and wear resistance. The quenching unit adopts a closed circulating cooling system with adjustable medium ratio and stable cooling rate, effectively avoiding cracking, deformation and uneven hardness. The tempering process eliminates internal quenching stress, enabling finished bars to meet high-end industrial material standards with balanced strength and toughness.

Featuring high automation, consistent processing performance, low energy consumption and low failure rate, the production line supports 24-hour continuous mass production with minimal manual intervention. It realizes flexible production for various bar specifications, shortens production cycles and reduces processing loss. It is an optimal mainstream process solution for standardized and intelligent large-scale bar heat treatment.
