Operators only need to input pipe diameter, wall thickness, steel grade and target hardness on the touch panel; the system automatically matches heating power, traveling speed, quenching water pressure and tempering holding time without repeated manual parameter debugging. The built-in material process database stores hundreds of mature heat treatment schemes for carbon steel, alloy steel and wear-resistant pipes, supporting one-click switching for batch production.

High-precision real-time temperature monitoring technology is another core intelligent highlight. Multi-point infrared thermal sensors are installed inside each induction coil to collect real-time temperature data of pipe inner and outer walls, forming a ±1℃ temperature closed-loop regulation system. Once the circumferential or axial temperature deviation of steel pipes exceeds the preset threshold, the IGBT medium-frequency power supply automatically adjusts output power within 0.1 seconds to eliminate uneven heating. This technology effectively solves long-standing defects such as inconsistent hardness around pipe walls, excessive residual stress and pipe bending deformation, lowering finished product rejection rate by over 40% compared with traditional lines.
