Adopting upgraded IGBT medium-frequency induction heating technology, the equipment features fast and uniform penetrating heating, effectively solving common industrial problems such as uneven hardness, unstable mechanical performance and large product differences in steel bar processing. It ensures every steel bar maintains standardized tensile strength, hardness and toughness after heat treatment.
