A new round of furnace body structure upgrade has been officially completed for the rebar steel induction heat treatment machine, targeting common drawbacks of traditional heating furnaces including severe magnetic leakage, uneven heating, short lining service life and complicated maintenance. By optimizing the overall furnace framework, magnetic system layout and cooling circulation structure, the upgraded equipment achieves remarkable improvements in operational stability, energy consumption control and production continuity, bringing more reliable heat treatment solutions for metallurgical and construction steel processing industries.

The core optimization focuses on the structural reconstruction of the heating furnace. Different from the conventional open-frame design, the new furnace adopts an integrated fully-enclosed welded steel structure. The reinforced furnace shell effectively isolates heat radiation and dust pollution, while greatly suppressing magnetic leakage. The magnetic leakage rate is reduced from 25% to below 7%, which significantly improves the utilization efficiency of induction magnetic field and cuts down invalid energy consumption.

The furnace body is divided into three independent modular sections: feeding heating section, constant temperature holding section and discharging buffer section. Equipped with 304 non-magnetic stainless steel conveying rollers and balanced circulating water channels, the upgraded cooling system realizes synchronous cooling for coils, furnace lining and magnetic yokes. It effectively prevents local overheating during long-time continuous operation, extending the service life of core components by more than 30%.

Practical operation data from metallurgical processing plants verifies the outstanding performance of the upgraded furnace. Compatible with rebars ranging from 16mm to 85mm in diameter, the machine supports continuous online quenching and tempering treatment. The comprehensive ton steel energy consumption decreases by 12%-15%, while the product qualification rate reaches 99.6%.
