Forever Electromechanical launches upgraded forged steel ball production line, driving global market layout

On April 20, 2026, Hebei Forever Electromechanical Co., Ltd. officially launched an upgraded full automatic steel ball production line, which is a key step in expanding its global high-end forging equipment market. This production line integrates advanced forging and rolling technology, intelligent control, and energy-saving design to meet the growing demand for high-quality forged steel balls in the global mining, cement, and power generation industries.

The upgraded production line has achieved a technological leap, covering the entire production process from raw material preparation to finished product packaging. By using a medium frequency induction heating equipment, the steel bars are stably heated to 930 ℃~1050 ℃, with an energy consumption of only 260~280 kWh per ton, far lower than traditional production lines.

The production line adopts PLC control for full automation, reducing labor intensity, with a production capacity of 0.2-16t/h, and can flexibly produce steel balls with diameters ranging from 20mm to 200mm. Through precision forging and heat treatment, the surface hardness of the finished ball reaches HRC58-65, and the impact toughness is ≥ 4.0J/cm ², meeting the requirements of global enterprises.

The sales manager of Forever Electromechanical pointed out that the compound annual growth rate of the global forged steel ball market is 3.4% (2026-2035), and stated that this upgrade caters to the differentiated needs of overseas customers. The company's products are exported to North America, South America, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East, and the new production line enhances its global competitiveness.

Mainly driven by the mining (45.3%) and cement (28.7%) industries, the global demand for forged steel balls matches the advantages of this production line: high material utilization, stable size, and long service life.
