Process section: located upstream of the steel ball rolling induction production line. The process flow is usually: round steel bar → cutting → (heating) → hot rolling/forging → heat treatment → precision machining.

Core task: Quickly and uniformly heat the cut cylindrical steel billet (referred to as "ball billet" or "billet") to a high-temperature austenitized state suitable for plastic deformation (usually 1050 ℃~1250 ℃, depending on the steel grade), in order to be subsequently rolled into balls on a rolling mill or forging mill.
