Targeting the industry’s common pain points of low power conversion efficiency, unstable temperature control and high invalid energy consumption of traditional long bar heat treatment equipment, the company has adopted upgraded power supply systems, optimized induction heating structures and intelligent control technologies. Long bar induction heat treatment equipment is widely used in the precision annealing, quenching and tempering processes of metal bars such as alloy steel, carbon steel and stainless steel. It is essential core equipment for mechanical parts manufacturing, automobile accessories and hardware processing industries. Traditional long rod induction heat treatment machine generally adopt outdated SCR rectifier power supply and fixed heating modes, resulting in low electric energy conversion efficiency, serious reactive power loss and excessive no-load power consumption. In addition, the unreasonable coil structure and single temperature control logic lead to uneven heating of long workpieces, frequent repeated heating, and serious energy waste. Meanwhile, the lack of standardized heat preservation design causes continuous heat dissipation, pushing up production costs and restricting the green and high-efficiency development of enterprise production lines.

In terms of structural optimization, the team redesigned the induction coil layout and adopted a multi-zone segmented heating structure, matching the heating characteristics of ultra-long bar workpieces. Combined with a new composite thermal insulation structure, it effectively reduces surface heat dissipation and ambient thermal radiation loss. Equipped with a PLC intelligent closed-loop temperature control system and infrared real-time temperature measurement device, the equipment realizes dynamic adjustment of heating power and operating frequency according to workpiece specifications and process requirements, with temperature control accuracy stabilized within ±2℃, completely avoiding energy waste caused by temperature deviation and repeated processing.
