The entire production line integrates quenching, tempering, straightening, temperature measurement, and sorting, providing a one-stop solution to core quality problems such as easy breakage, insufficient torque, thread damage, and poor low-temperature toughness during downhole drilling of drill rods. It is the main upgraded set of equipment required by global oil and gas equipment manufacturers and drilling tool processing plants.

The equipment adopts a fully closed-loop intermediate frequency induction heating core technology, with independent temperature control heating in different zones. The temperature fields of the outer wall, middle layer, and core of the drill pipe are synchronized and balanced, without any positive or negative surfaces, local overheating, or pipe bending deformation. After heat treatment, the metallographic structure of the drill rod is dense and uniform, and the overall tensile strength, torsional performance, and fatigue corrosion resistance level fully meet the standards. It is deeply adapted to the harsh drilling conditions of deep wells, ultra deep wells, and highly corrosive formations, effectively reducing the on-site downhole failure rework rate. The entire line is equipped with an industrial grade intelligent infrared online temperature measurement system, with real-time dynamic power adjustment and constant temperature. The process data can be traced and archived throughout the process, perfectly adapting to third-party quality inspection and acceptance standards in the oilfield industry, and ensuring worry free inspection of large foreign trade orders.

The rack adopts a thickened heavy-duty welded structure, which is dust-proof, waterproof, heat-resistant, and resistant to continuous vibration. It is suitable for industrial workshops with high dust and high loads, and can be continuously produced 24 hours a day in three shifts. The operation is stable and the failure rate is extremely low. Equipped with a frequency conversion energy-saving module as standard, the thermal energy utilization rate is greatly improved, and compared to traditional resistance furnaces, the energy consumption is significantly reduced.
