The core value of the integrated equipment for quenching, tempering, and tempering of steel bars lies in "continuity, stability, and energy saving". Design concept of the scheme

Power supply: 1600-5000kW medium frequency series power supply, ensuring uniform heat transfer of large-sized steel bars;

Induction heater: 3-5 zone independent power regulation, compatible with Φ 20-150mm steel bars;

Cooling system: annular segmented spray, adjustable flow rate and water pressure, hardened layer depth of 2-6mm;

Tempering system: Induction tempering, temperature control range of 500-650 ℃, rapid stress relief;

Control system: PLC centralized control, equipped with infrared temperature measurement, flow monitoring, and energy consumption statistics.

Typical case:

Φ 80-100mm steel bar quenching and tempering line: adopting a four zone heating+segmented spraying+induction tempering scheme, the power consumption per ton of steel is reasonably controlled, and the hardness uniformity reaches ± 2HRC.

Φ 60-80mm low-alloy steel rod: Multiple varieties can be quickly switched through the process database, and the flexible production capacity is outstanding.

Japan: Φ 40-80mm steel bar quenching and tempering line, equipped with a dual process curve database to achieve batch production of different orders.

Philippines: Φ 80-120mm steel rod and sleeve quenching and tempering line, electrical system meets international standards, Far East Mechanical and Electrical dispatched engineers for on-site debugging to ensure smooth production.
