With the rapid upgrading of intelligent manufacturing and green industrial production, the traditional furnace heat treatment process for metal long bars has gradually exposed drawbacks such as uneven heating, high energy consumption and large material loss. Precise and uniform heating is the core competitive advantage of this equipment. Adopting the patented synchronous rotating and heating technology combined with multi-stage long-stroke coil design, the equipment achieves all-round consistent heating for long bars with a diameter of 20–150mm and a length of 4–12m. The overall temperature difference of processed workpieces is strictly controlled within ±5°C, completely solving common problems of traditional processes such as internal and external temperature deviation and local overheating. After heat treatment, the bar hardness tolerance is stabilized at ±5HB, the straightness error is less than 2mm per meter, and the internal microstructure and mechanical properties of the material are highly uniform, effectively improving product qualification rate and structural stability.

In terms of production efficiency and energy saving, the equipment shows outstanding performance. Different from the long-time integral heating of traditional furnaces, it adopts medium and high-frequency induction eddy current heating technology, which realizes rapid heating in a short time and greatly shortens the production cycle. The electric energy conversion efficiency is significantly higher than that of traditional equipment, effectively reducing invalid heat dissipation and energy waste. Meanwhile, the closed rapid heating mode minimizes surface oxidation and burning loss of metal bars, reducing material processing loss and production cost for enterprises, and meeting the current industrial green production standards.

The equipment realizes intelligent and flexible automated production, adapting to diversified industrial processing demands. Equipped with PLC centralized control system and infrared real-time temperature detection device, it supports one-key start-up, automatic parameter storage and intelligent operation. The whole production line requires minimal manual intervention and can operate stably for 24 hours continuously with a production capacity of 1–5 tons per hour. The modular design allows quick switching of induction coils, realizing compatible processing of round bars, square bars and different specifications of workpieces, covering multiple processes such as forging preheating, quenching, tempering and normalizing.
