Water cooling system for induction machine

Closed cooling tower is an indirect evaporative water cooling tower equipment that adopts a dual circuit design: the internal process medium (water/oil/ethylene glycol, etc.) circulates in a closed coil without contact with air; The external spray water forms a water film, which, when combined with a fan for forced ventilation, carries away the heat inside the pipe through the dual effects of sensible heat convection and latent heat evaporation; Most of the spray water is recycled and circulated, with only a small amount of evaporation loss requiring automatic replenishment.

1. Tower body: fiberglass/stainless steel/aluminum zinc plated plate, anti-corrosion sealing;

2. Heat exchange coil: copper/stainless steel/titanium tube, efficient thermal conductivity;

 3. Spray system: spray pump, nozzle, collection tank, automatic water replenishment/discharge;

4. Fan&water baffle: Axial/centrifugal fan to prevent water mist from escaping;

5. Control system: PLC+sensors, variable frequency regulation fan

Main Features

·Advantages: Zero pollution of the medium, minimal scaling; Water saving (significantly reduced water consumption compared to open towers); Suitable for dusty, saline alkali, and corrosive environments; Long maintenance cycle;

·Disadvantages: The initial investment is higher than that of an open tower; Auxiliary measures are needed when the wet bulb temperature is high in summer.
